Cancellation Policy
**No Walk-Ins Appointment ONLY**
🦋Please give a 48 hour notice if you are needing to reschedule or unable to attend your appointment. (With NO additional deposit/charge).
🦋I do require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the service you are booking for. This fee is to hold your spot and covers for cancellations. This fee will be used towards your service and is NOT an extra add on fee.
🦋Please notify me ASAP if you are running behind also, keep in mind arriving 10+mins late will cut into your appointment time and may result in your appointment being cancelled. (Another deposit will be required for any future appointments wanting to be booked).
🦋Refunds on any lash service are NOT offered HOWEVER if you are experiencing any issues within the first 3 days of your appointment, please communicate with me so I can fix the issue.
🦋For purpose of safety and sanitation, I don’t allow extra guests unless discussed with me beforehand.
🦋Please arrive without any eye makeup or face cream. Do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. Be prepared to lay down for up to 2 hours.
🦋You must have at least 50% of your lashes left from previous appointment to be considered a refill. Anything less will be charged as a Fullset.
🦋I do NOT work on “foreign lashes” meaning I will not work on top of other stylist work.
